Fairmont Ramla Serviced Residences in Riyadh epitomizes modern and eclectic architectural design, making it a standout landmark in the city’s skyline. The tower’s façade is meticulously crafted with layered paneling and a structured central pattern that exudes elegance and sophistication. The use of sandstone, awnings, and balconies is not only an aesthetic choice but also a practical one, providing shade and reducing the impact of airborne sand under the Arabian sun.
Spanning a built-up area of 78,000 sqm, this 35-floor tower hosts 249 luxury residential units, including spacious one, two, and three-bedroom apartments, as well as opulent four-bedroom penthouses. Each unit is designed to blend authentic Saudi heritage with contemporary luxury, ensuring a unique living experience that is both culturally rich and modernly comfortable.
